The CailinStrong Foundation was formed in honor of our 14 year old daughter who battled osteosarcoma. She eventually succumbed to the disease 1 year later. There are very few treatment options for these high-risk kids fighting this horrific disease. This foundations purpose is to help different organizations get the funding needed to pursue trials and research to help prolong the life of these kids fighting osteosarcoma that don't respond to the standard protocol currently available. We had very few options. We want to see improvement and advances made in furthering treatment for these high-risk kids with osteosarcoma.
